Dimension of 3" Aluminium air shafts are between 170 mm - 5000 mm. Standard body sizes are 2,5" - 3"- 4" - 6". According to customers' special requirements we can produce between 25 mm (1") - 300 mm (12"). On our products have special cover about 50 HRC hardness. Aluminiums are produced by the extrusion technique and anodizing is covered over. And standard producs are with 6 canals.
And dimension of 3" Steel air shafts are between 300 mm - 5000 mm. In standard we use rubber quotes on steel air shafts. According to customers' requirements we can use steel quotes too. Production is done according technical drawing that customer send. In Headlines applied 50-55 HRC hardening process. Steel tubes and shaft bodies coated with zinc against corrosion and abrasion. After finished product we are doing leaks and balancing tests.
